  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers — to host the Service, the database, and file storage.

Some of our providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep data

We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation, or to defend legal claims.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email yellowcar1999@protonmail.com. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access, and row-level security on the database — to protect your data. No system is ever 100% secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the ICO as required by law.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
