FabriQuote is provided by Solomon Richards LTD. We want you to be happy with the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of payment, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all FabriQuote purchases. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• email us at yellowcar1999@protonmail.com and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
