Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes within the limits of your chosen plan.
We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and content other than your data. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising out of Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data for a reasonable period after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
